Everyone around me is so excited to share that they've made lemon pepper this or lemon pepper that. Eww! (insert one of my disgusted facial expressions here)
Well, the other day, my classmate, "J-Bird", and I ventured out to the land of Trader Joes. Almost lost my mind - I loved that place so much! The produce, cereals, oh, and the spices! OOOOH, the spices! Saw a lemon pepper grinder - you sold me at the concept! I flipped the container around to read the ingredient label. Fancy that, ingredients I can identify AND pronounce (unlike those one spice guys.....)!
Used it tonight on baked chicken. Did I mention how much I LOVE lemon pepper? The winner? Clearly TJ came out on top!
On another note, I'm off to test a Cabernet and Chardonnay for a class assignment. Seriously! Joys of being a culinary student! Good thing I found the two, I mean,
